Join our team today **Residential Building Superintendent (Team of Two)** At COGIR Real Estate we believe the key to success resides in healthy communication, constant improvement of our business practices, as well as in our team of competent and passionate people who go beyond our clients’ expectations while maintaining their trust and confidence. Don’t search anymore **The position(s) will include the following**: - Live in position with a Rent-Free Apartment or a Base Salary - Spacious 3 bedroom apartment available - On-the-job Training **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Administrative office duties; - Show vacant apartments to prospective residents; - Leasing experience - Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors; - Prepare apartments for new residents; - Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections; - Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance; - Other grounds maintenance; - Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly; - Always maintaining positive safety and security; - Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies; - Maintain fire safety and winter logs; - Follow an "on call" schedule; - Other duties as assigned by Manager **Essential Skills**: - Customer Service - Experienced Individual in Administration; - Experienced Individual with Maintenance/Handyman Skills - Experience with Yardi and Property Vista an asset; - Oral communication; - Working with others; - Minimum of 2 years of experience **Resident Building Superintendent Team of Two applicants, are required to submit both resumes for each applicant for consideration.
