Melville Heights is recruiting a Casual house keeper. This Housekeeping position is responsible for cleaning Assisted wing rooms with in the facility. Common Areas

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and empty trash containers and recycle bins
- Clean, stock and supply offices with necessary supplies (e.g. cleaning products)
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Perform daily office cleaning tasks
- Report on maintenance needs and any problems or deficiencies
- Report on stock levels and quality of supplies and goods
- Be a team player and work with others to achieve common goals

**Skills**
- Proven work experience in the role
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong English language skills
- Professionalism along with speed in learning new tasks

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $16.27 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halifax, NS B3P 2R6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
