Whistler ATV, Blackcomb Snowmobile, Dog sled, Snowshoe, Fondue, Snowcoach & a family owned and operated Adventure Company is looking for the perfect in resort sales and marketing guru to join our Administrative Team. Work directly with management and reservations in this fast paced, fun environment to provide seamless adventure tours for guests from around the world. This position acts as coordinator for tours between booking agents and our operations team ensuring that proper information is passed along, customers are being supported and ensuring an exceptional service experience every time while growing and developing our expanding range of Adventures.

Pay
Depends on your experience and skills, but this can be discussed in your interview.

The Job
- Full time, 30- 40 hours a week with flexible schedule

- Advanced experience with Social Media and sales/marketing
- Knowledge in Adobe Suites and wordpress
- Be a self professed IT specialist (trouble shoot and maintain all online systems)
- Strong background in customer service
- Experience in Whistler based Reservations environment a definite asset
- Experience in online booking systems; bookeo, inntopia and viator preferred
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft office, including word, excel and outlook required.
- Attention to detail, super organized and can see the big picture
- Works well under pressure in a busy environment
- Adaptable and willing to jump in where needed
- Polite, professional, customer service oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and work unsupervised

Background and or education in Business and or Tourism Marketing and/or local working knowledge ideal.

This is predominantly a social media marketing/ customer service/Reservations position for someone looking for long term year round advancement in the Adventure tourism industry.
