**Job Type: Full Time**

**Hourly Rate: $21.16**

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Answer all guest inquiries
- Provide detailed information regarding the thermal baths and various massages
- Take reservations for massages and ensure balance of massage therapists schedules
- Process various types of transactions in Zenoti based on the guests’ needs including thermal baths, massage gift certificates, packages
- Process orders from: online boutique, wholesalers, etc.
- Be aware of the various sales and marketing promotions in place as per the Sales and Marketing Team
- To respond to the needs of groups in accordance with the directives of Sales and Marketing
- All other tasks requested of you for the smooth and efficient function of the Scandinave Spa Whistler.

**Prerequisites**:

- Experience in call center is a strong asset
- Sales experience is a strong asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Energetic and positive team player
- Must have great communication, and interpersonal skills
- Superior English verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, creative problem-solving skills
- Clear criminal record check
