**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Review and organize immigration files for accuracy and completeness.
- Upload, update, and maintain client records in portals (ApplyBoard, college/university systems, and internal databases).
- Provide excellent **customer service** and timely updates to clients.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with immigration guidelines.
- Assist with office administrative duties as needed.
**Qualifications**
- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in immigration, education consultancy, or office administration with direct file handling.
- Strong understanding of **Canadian immigration processes and terminology.**:
- Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to handle multiple files at once.
- Strong **customer service** and communication skills.
- Proficiency with **Microsoft Office** and **Google Workspace**.
- Ability to work **on-site in Surrey, BC** in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional language skills (Punjabi/Hindi) are an asset.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
