**Key Responsibilities**
- **Press Operation**: Expertly set up, operate, and monitor the Halm JP-TWOD two-color press in both single-sided and two-sided (perfecting) modes.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all print jobs meet specified color, register, and print quality requirements; conduct continuous checks for image registration, ink density, and mechanical defects.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**: Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning blankets, rollers, and cylinders; troubleshoot and quickly resolve operational issues such as feeder jams, hickey removal, and paper misfeeds.
- **Setup & Changeovers**: Execute quick and precise changeovers, including hanging plates, adjusting feeder setup (top and bottom), and setting up ink and dampening systems.
- **Materials Handling**: Load, monitor, and manage various envelope sizes and paper stocks with different weights and window/gum configurations.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record production data, material usage, and maintenance logs.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Deep understanding of offset printing principles, ink-water balance, and color matching (Pantone/spot colors).
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous approach to registration and quality control in a high-speed environment.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
