- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines diligently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support promotional activities and special events as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is an asset.
- Enthusiasm for delivering excellent guest experiences.
