**Purpose**:
The Peer Mentor Captain provides support for incoming Lassonde students by delivering presentations and assisting with orientation, under the direction of the Manager, Student Engagement & Recruitment.

**Education**:
Minimum completion of the 1st year of studies in Lassonde School of Engineering.

**Experience**:
No previous work experience required.

**Skills**:

- Ability to communicate with others to explain and share information.
- Ability to foster a shared sense of community.
- Ability to demonstrate responsible, ethical and professional conduct.
- Ability to promote an environment in which everyone feels engaged.
