Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle transportation using a network of towing companies provided by the company.
- Liaise with transport companies to ensure timely and efficient vehicle delivery.
- Manage the process of registering and plating vehicles at the SAAQ (Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec).
- Handle necessary paperwork for transport and registration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain clear and organized records of all transport activities and documents.
- Provide status updates to internal stakeholders regarding deliveries and registrations.
- Work independently to solve logístical issues as they arise and optimize the efficiency of the transport process.
Qualifications:
- Strong geographical knowledge of Canada, particularly regarding transportation routes and logistics.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to the SAAQ and other local destinations as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of computer tools in general.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with paperwork and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with external partners.
- Prior experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités principales:
- Coordonner et planifier le transport de véhicules en utilisant un réseau de compagnies de remorquage fourni par l’entreprise.
- Communiquer avec les compagnies de transport pour assurer une livraison rapide et efficace des véhicules.
- Gérer le processus d’immatriculation et de plaquage des véhicules à la SAAQ (Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec).
- Traiter les documents nécessaires pour le transport et l’immatriculation, en veillant à leur exactitude et à leur conformité avec les exigences légales.
- Maintenir des dossiers clairs et organisés de toutes les activités de transport et de la documentation.
- Fournir des mises à jour de statut aux parties prenantes internes concernant les livraisons et les immatriculations.
- Travailler de manière autonome pour résoudre les problèmes logistiques au fur et à mesure et optimiser l’efficacité du processus de transport.
Qualifications:
- Excellente connaissance géographique du Canada, notamment en ce qui concerne les routes et la logistique de transport.
- Permis de conduire valide et capacité à se rendre à la SAAQ et à d’autres destinations locales selon les besoins.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et bonne connaissance des outils informatiques en général.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail, en particulier pour la gestion des documents administratifs.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à prendre des décisions et à gérer son temps efficacement.
- Solides compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, pour coordonner efficacement avec les partenaires externes.
- Une expérience préalable dans la coordination du transport, la logistique ou un domaine similaire est souhaitée, mais non requise.
