**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules using construction management software.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed by subcontractors and team members to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and ensuring that projects remain within financial constraints.
- Utilize software tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for project management and documentation purposes.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety procedures.
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
- Strong skills in quality control, budgeting, blueprint reading, construction estimating, and schematics interpretation.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse groups of stakeholders. This position requires a dedicated professional who is committed to delivering high-quality results while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
