We are seeking a **Technical Business Analyst **to translate business needs into technical requirements to deliver technology solutions to satisfy the needs of our customers. The incumbent will work closely with many diverse groups both inside and outside the company, be a bridge of communication to solve problems, deliver fantastic products, and help drive success within the company.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Become an expert in the respective product and resolve functional issues with the development team;
- Create functional requirements on behalf of business users (POC, features, report writing, etc);
- Provide advanced technical product support;
- Evaluate and document failures, bugs, and systemic problems;
- Assist and take on new strategic projects;
- Manage requirements from multiple countries;
- Participate in strategic portfolio planning with country managers and IT in creating multi-year roadmaps for the evolution of products and services;
- Provide weekly reports on project status to senior management;
- Participate in Build/Buy/Partner decisions;
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively prepare and maintain a variety of documents and tools (Process flow analysis, product architecture and design best practices, data models, etc).

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- BAC in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development lifecycle using agile and waterfall methodologies;
- Experience with API, Microservices, event-based architectures & cloud environments (an asset)
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Experience in programming languages and frameworks (Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, etc)
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
