**JOB SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cleaning washrooms, emptying garbage cans, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming etc.
- Cleaning and maintenance of meeting rooms, studios and common areas of the building
- Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and different kitchen appliances
- Cleaning, dusting and maintenance of Furniture Showroom
- Cleaning and maintaining of paper/soap/sanitizer dispensers including refilling as required
- Using and maintaining cleaning equipment like automatic floor scrubber, vacuum cleaner etc.
- Other general duties as required.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

**MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous 1 year custodial experience is a required
- Good Communication skills
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required

**Job Type**: Part Time (approximately 20 hours per week)
