Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and execute strategies that align with business goals.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management principles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

Pay: $72,214.28-$128,622.20 per year
