- **Licensing Support**: We cover the full cost of your Salesperson License through the Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA), valued at CAD $707. Reimbursement is provided in three installments of CAD $236 each, tied to your first three completed sales.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Sales & Customer Interaction**:

- Generate leads through online platforms and social media.
- Follow up with potential buyers, build relationships, and close sales.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Negotiate and finalize sales remotely.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complete.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain up-to-date customer records and transaction history.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Team Leader and management.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:

- Promote available vehicles through digital marketing campaigns.
- Share engaging content such as reviews and promotions, in compliance with MVSA regulations.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
- Adhere to dealership policies and all regulatory requirements.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Licensing**: Must obtain a valid Salesperson License from the Motor Vehicle Sales Authority (MVSA) of BC. (Reimbursement applies as outlined above.)
- **Legal & Compliance**: Commitment to privacy laws and proper handling of customer information.

**COMPENSATION**
- **Commission-Based Only**: No base salary or hourly wage.
- **Potential Earnings**: CAD $50,000 - $80,000 annually, based on an average of 5-8 sales per month.
