Spinny Cars Canada is a growing used-vehicle dealership focused on a professional, transparent buying experience. We are looking for full-time sales professionals who are confident speaking with customers, can manage their own pipeline, and will follow Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA) guidelines.

Role Overview

This full-time role is designed for individuals who want flexible work while building long-term skills in automotive sales. You will be responsible for generating customer interest, setting appointments, and completing the sales process from first contact to delivery support.

This is a production-driven role and is best suited to candidates who are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.

What You Will Do

• Create and manage your own lead pipeline through networking, referrals, online outreach, and direct prospecting
• Qualify customers and book appointments (phone, text, email)
• Conduct in-person vehicle showings and customer consultations at our locations
• Present vehicle options professionally and guide customers through next steps
• Introduce value-add options when relevant (warranty and protection packages)
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and customer status in [CRM/Tracking Sheet]
• Follow dealership process and basic VSA compliance expectations at all times

Skills We Are Looking For

Must-have

• Sales communication skills (building rapport, handling objections, follow-up discipline)
• Confidence with outreach and appointment setting
• Strong organization and time management
• Professional, customer-first mindset

Nice-to-have

• Automotive sales experience
• Familiarity with VSA requirements and basic dealership documentation
• Experience using a CRM or structured tracking system
• Bi-Lingual

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Ability to travel to dealership locations for appointments as needed
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends can be an advantage)
• Reliable communication and responsiveness (customers expect timely follow-up)

Training and Support

• Structured onboarding and process training
• Sales scripts, templates, and guidance on daily activity expectations
• Product training (warranty and protection packages)
• Coaching on appointment flow and deal documentation process

Earnings Structure:

This role includes performance-based incentives tied to completed sales and overall results. Incentive plan (details discussed during interview).

VSA Licence Requirement and Reimbursement

VSA licence is required to sell vehicles in British Columbia.

• Spinny Cars will reimburse the VSA licensing cost after the first 3 completed vehicle sales
• Typical cost range: $750 to $790 CAD (includes background check)
• Reimbursement timing is flexible and may be issued immediately or through an end-of-month payout after completion
