**Position: Line Cook**

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute precise and consistent food preparation to meet our high standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Assist in preparing a variety of dishes and contribute to our innovative menu.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with orders, and ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed.
- Embrace the fast-paced nature of our kitchen and deliver excellence under pressure.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and a strong understanding of culinary techniques.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge or certification is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
