**You as a **_IT Analyst - Co-op Student_** will**:

- Log and track requests for assistance related to EllisDon's IT systems
- Perform a variety of Level 1 & Level 2 mobile/computer support, including device lifecycle management, incident analysis, software upgrades, and monitoring tasks
- Perform initial incident analysis and escalate to EllisDon IT technical staff when appropriate
- Maintain liaison with users and technical staff to communicate the status of incident resolution
- Conduct user satisfaction surveys and track user problem trends
- Participate in the preparation of procedure manuals and documentation for IT Service Delivery use
- Make recommendations for improvements to the EllisDon IT systems
- Assist in on-site installations of network/computer systems for users
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
- Provide support to one (or more) people within specified project or office

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You must be in enrolled in a post-secondary program which offers an accredited co-op program for Winter 2025 term
- You are available for a _8 month co-op placemen_t from January to August 2025
- You are enrolled in a Computer Systems Technician - Network Systems program or a related post-secondary program
- Able to cope with multiple competing priorities, to evaluate based on impact and urgency, and the initiative to get it done.
- Experience supporting Laptops & Desktop hardware; Windows 7 & Windows 10
- Experience supporting iPads, iPhones, and Androids
- You have strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- You are organized and thorough
- Professional and enthusiastic
- Must be available to work in the Mississauga Office on a full time basis
