**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead 12-20 production team members on a daily basis.
- Conduct daily morning meetings to assign and brief team members on tasks.
- Communicate all instructions and updates from the Production Manager clearly and effectively.
- Track and report work order progress throughout the day to the Production Manager.
- Provide on-the-floor support, answering questions and assisting with tasks as needed.
- Actively participate in the building of assemblies and other production-related work.
- Read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Identify and address any quality control issues within the production process.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking and millwork operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and understand shop and technical drawings.
- Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of quality control.
- Comfortable with physical work and hands-on production tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
