**About the Company**

A home maintenance company that is expanding its interior and exterior painting and staining services to households and commercial buildings in the North bay area. We are currently hiring a sales rep to generate leads and schedule estimates that will allow us to fill our summer with work for our crews. We value and provide a great team environment, professional training, and advancement opportunities.

**About the Job**
- You will be calling homeowners offering free estimates for painting and deck/fence staining.
- You will receive training on how to pitch, objection handle, and book estimates with potential clients
- Potential to gain full time summer employment as a painter

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in conversations that educate and inform people about our services.
- Build rapport with customers

**Job Requirements and Benefits**
- Outgoing, energetic, and motivated
- Goal/result oriented
- Previous marketing experience, customer service, and sales experience is all an asset but not a necessity
- 6-20 hrs/week (flexible schedule), 4hr shifts
- Position can run until end of May or start of July
- Potential for future promotions within the company

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-15 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$22.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
