Security Call Centre - Full-Time Night Shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch alarm response calls
- Initiate after-hour emergency service calls and security requests
- Use exceptional customer service skills while remaining calm and focused in stressful, high-pressure situations, adapting quickly in a dynamic environment
- Document all information into comprehensive reports

**Requirements**:

- Customer service and administrative experience
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office
- Time management, organizational & prioritization skills
- Discretion in handling confidential company and employee information, procedures, facilities systems, etc.
- Strong security knowledge and situational awareness
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

**Pay Rate**:$21.00/hour

**Work Hours**:Overnight shifts (ex. 2300-0700hrs)
