**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive repair practices.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in a dealership setting.
- A valid driver's license is required for test driving vehicles when necessary.
