Do you love helping others, cooking a great meal, or keeping a home warm and welcoming? At **Home Instead**, we’re looking for compassionate CAREGivers who want to make a real difference in the lives of seniors by supporting them in the place they love most, their own homes.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys:

- Preparing tasty and nutritious meals or helping with meal prep
- Keeping things clean, tidy, and comfortable with light housekeeping
- Offering a friendly smile, conversation, and companionship
- Lending a hand with errands or appointments
- Creating a positive and safe environment where seniors feel cared for and respected

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide companionship and meaningful one-on-one engagement through conversation, hobbies, or light activities
- Assist with walking or moving safely around the home
- Offer medication and appointment reminders
- Help with light household tasks like vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and changing linens
- Prepare or assist with meals, snacks, and kitchen clean-up
- Run errands or accompany clients to appointments as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A kind, reliable, and respectful attitude
- Comfort with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs and perform household tasks safely
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
- Flexibility to work different shifts
- Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license and insurance if driving clients)
- **Multilingual: Fluent or conversational in Polish, Italian, Serbian, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese**
