**Job Duties**

**The successful Team Leader selected for this role will be responsible for coordinating and managing**:

- Overseeing individual projects and project representatives at RecordXpress sites, as well as client sites.
- Data entry and indexing of confidential information.
- Inventory pack out; clearing client locations of any inventory requested for pick up (most often boxes and files).
- Inventory management; organizing boxes, files, and media, in accordance with the project requirements.
- Shipping/receiving; ensuring that all projects are returned to the facility, completed, and then sent to their appropriate site.
- Audits; reviewing company site inventories and rectifying discrepancies.
- Customer Service; Coordinating with clients to ensure that the project specs are up to par, and indexed data has been validated.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with document storage/shredding is a DEFINITE ASSET
- G Class Drivers License is a MUST
- DZ Class Drivers License is an Asset

Ability to drive larger Vans/Trucks a MUST
- Clean criminal background check is required

Clear drivers abstract is required
- Attention to detail is required
- _**MUST be able to travel outside of your home location at a moment’s notice (some projects may require off-site work. Accommodations will be provided by the company).**_
- Typing skills and the capacity to navigate through company software are a must
- Ability to lift items ranging from 20 lb. - 60 lb., regularly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour
