We're on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned **Program Coordinator** to take charge of **Training Solutions** and diverse program initiatives at ESA. The perfect fit for this role will bring robust communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and an unwavering dedication to advancing and enhancing the services provided by Training Solutions.

Please note, this is a **hybrid** work environment.

**Role Description**:

- Coordinate, administer and engage in the work of supporting Training Solutions and other ESA Program initiatives. Requires excellent communication and writing skills, attention to details and ability to put together promotional materials for the services offered by the Training Solutions.
- Requires the development and recommendation of policies and procedures for specific Programs. Coordinate program administration on a Provincial basis, identifying program expansion opportunities. Resolve contractor, master electrician, LDC, municipal, CSR and inspector concerns. Develop processes and methods for carrying out the work, and execute customer, CSR and inspector training programs. Provide advice, guidance and instruction, as required and be responsible for the product quality and production. Plan, organize and schedule work, balancing priorities in relation to demands.
- Conduct needs analysis and develop, investigate and evaluate program function, for contractors, LDCs, master electrician, CSR and field staff, incorporating audit and risk management measures. Ensure the delivery of products and services to customers meets the quality standards set for the program. Develop, evaluate and execute marketing business and training programs for the ESA. Implement consistent business processes, best practices, and quality and performance measures across the province.
- Negotiate/liaise with ESA Managers, Advisory Councils and external stakeholders in raising awareness, setting objectives/targets for the program. Work through the contractors/master electricians/LDCs/Territory Inspection staff to achieve objectives.
- Liaise between field staff, CSC, Legal, LDCs, master electricians, contractors and their associations, managers, technical support and marketing/sales staff to ensure technical, marketing, regulatory and sales assistance is provided. Respond to ad hoc requests for long-term field support in these areas.
- Identify, develop and administer the tools required to support licensees, LDCs and ESA CSC staff and staff in the field, including continuous process improvements, delivery guidelines, job “aids” and the like.
- Discuss matters of mutual concern with customers, municipalities, other government staff, municipal electrical utilities, contractor associations, etc., to contribute to the resolution of applicable problems, obtain pertinent information and/or keep abreast of current developments. Communicate key issues and initiatives with customers, licensees, LDCs, managers, CSR’s and inspectors.
- Be responsible for developing and using computer-modeling techniques in the area of education, training delivery, electrical safety. Participate in the development of various program reports; support report generation and distribution, ensuring timely release of pertinent information.
- Actively lead on various applicable Advisory Councils. Review, develop, implement and monitor program practices and procedures for CSR’s, electrical inspectors, master electricians and contractors, liaising with LDCs, licensees, customers, managers, CSR’s and inspectors. Obtain pertinent information and/or keep abreast of current developments; review and evaluate as they relate to inspection/licensing and certification work.
- Analysis and benchmarking against other similar external regulatory process to establish best practices.
- Perform other duties as required.
