**In your role as a Crew Member**:

- **Residential and Commercial Property Maintenance**:Weekly routine lawn maintenance, fertilization, soil testing, lawn restoration, garden maintenance, tree/shrub/plant pruning, lawn cutting, aeration, top dressing, Spring and Fall clean-ups, laying sod, and installing mulch.
- Winter positional in snow clearing is optional.
- Reports to Crew Foreman.

**Work Schedule**:

- Tuesday to Friday regular weekly routine.
- Additional work is available Mondays and Saturdays but is not required.
- Weekday hours: 8 to 10 hours each day.
- Meet up at the shop each day at 8 am.
- Earlier start times are available on longer days to accommodate schedules.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- A positive working attitude that is receptive to instructions and feedback.
- Accountability and reliability.
- Eye for detail on each job.
- High degree of teamwork.
- Your own reliable transportation to and from the shop.
- Physically capable of performing all duties on the job, including but not limited to heavy lifting (50lbs or more)
- CSA-approved footwear in good condition.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- One year of experience in landscaping maintenance work.
- Valid G2 driver's license.
- A clean driving record, should you be required to drive the company truck(s).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
