**Brief Overview**

The CCM Junir Estimatr Student will reprt t the Chief Estimatr and be accuntable fr wrking with the brader estimating team in preparing and crdinating quantity take-ffs. The Jr. Estimatr will be respnsible fr preparing tender packages and get a thrugh understanding f CCM’s tendering standards.

**Respnsibilities**:

- Prepares and crdinates quantity take-ffs with supervisin.
- Cmmunicates with sub-trades and suppliers t ensure understanding f scpe f wrk.
- Prepare sub-trade tender packages.
- Assist with the develpment f the estimate.
- Cmmunicates with sub-trades fr understanding f scpe f wrk.
- Ability t check and verify ne's wn quantities using ther surces.

**Qualificatins**:
**Required**:

- Wrking twards a Pst-secndary educatin Engineering/Cnstructin diplma/degree
- Minimum f 1 - 3 years f industry experience
- Basic understanding f Standard Methd f Measurement.
- Basic understanding f cnstructin methdlgy, including develpment, cntracting and cnsulting.
- Technlgy savvy - Exceptinal wrking knwledge f Micrsft Office sftware, including Excel, Wrd, and Outlk.
- Well established cmmunicatin skills with the ability t interact with a diverse grup f teams (subtrades, clients, inspectrs, cnsultants, clleagues, engineers, etc.)
- Time Management, ability t priritize & attentin t detail
- Research abilities - general/pricing
- Blue-print reading
- Mathematically inclined
