Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables or waiting areas
- Provide menus and assist with seating arrangements
- Take and relay reservations or special requests to the appropriate staff
- Answer phone calls and provide information about the hotel's services
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with coordinating seating for large parties or events
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a host/host or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
