**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and monitor the purchase orders to ensure the goods are received on time.
- Perform sourcing, liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business performance.
- Ensure contract compliance necessary for the acquisition of materials and services.
- Run MRP and monitor inventory to ensure the stock levels are maintained at the appropriate levels.
- Implement cost reduction measures to achieve target costs for materials, reduce the overall product cost.
- Support SRM processes including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification)
- Be actively involved in the product development and manufacturing process as well as implement cost reduction measures (design to cost, target costing, standardization, key data, etc.) to achieve the target costs for materials and reduce the overall material costs by fulfilling the necessary functions.
- Coordinate and plan the work orders with order processing and production team. Work with Production and R&D Team to ensure the BOMs (Bill of Materials) are up to date.
- Select and evaluate supplier performance according to Accuenergy supplier KPI metrics.
- Process order fulfillment or inventory associated tasks if required.
- Have business associated college diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Have excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have extensive knowledge of procurement and inventory management
- Have thorough understanding of distribution/supplier network
- Possess strong analytical and negotiating skills
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have strong organizational skills
- Be results/solution oriented and able to multi-task
- Have a great attitude and be a good team player
- Have ability to meet deadlines
- Speak Chinese (Mandarin) and able to communicate with overseas vendors at night if needed.
