Your Role:

- We are seeking a driven and professional individual who is enthusiastic about creating and being a part of our guests memorable Coldstream experience. You will naturally embrace our Coldstream Values in all activities while supporting and expecting the same from your teammates. You will be working alongside our positive and high energy retail team, who is just as excited to engage with a diverse clientele. You will bring contagious positive vibes with a keen eye for details and focus on supporting seamless memorable experiences for our treasured guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engaging presence while masterminding and producing guests experience from the moment they decide to ‘stream.
- Ensure efficient drive thru service
- Proud to share the awesome knowledge of our story, brand, products and swag.
- Experience the first-hand glimpse of guest’s reaction when you deliver tastings of our current and NEW products.
- Join the magic by creating and delivering cocktails in the event space or delivering the desirable goods to our tables.
- Keep accurate tabs in our systems (POS) and inventory while keeping shelves loaded and looking stellar for our upcoming guests.
- Maintain our awesome retail location, keeping it spick and span, putting it to rest every night to support the next days great adventures.

Who you are:

- 19 years of age or older with valid identification
- Positively engaging, detailed focused team member who is excited to collaborate, promote and inherit Coldstream’s Values.
- Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline preferred or if you have the natural engaging guest experience talent.
- Have previously delivered in-person experience in retail.
- Must be able to lift our product (up to 50lbs) and cruise the floor for extended periods of time.
- Proficient, Confident and knowledgeable of communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and understanding while striving for our common goal.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, positive, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for the alcohol industry and creating memorable experiences.
