**We're looking for an experienced, highly motivated leader to join our team as Store Manager.**

This position reports directly to the Owner and has responsibility over all operational aspects of this location. We offer very competitive compensation, performance bonus, healthcare benefits, and a generous employee discount.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and optimize profitability
- Lead by example, train, motivate, and mentor store employees
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
- Inventory management and replenishment
- Oversee store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

**Skills and experience**
- Proven successful experience as a retail store manager or assistant manager
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
- A focus on setting and achieving financial and operational goals
- Excellence in execution and high standards in everything you do
- Thorough understanding of retail business fundamentals and best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Minimum 5 years retail experience
- Minimum 2 years retail management experience
