Reporting to: Sr. Manager Loss Prevention

Salary Range: $55000- $60,000 CAD

Location: GTA, Ontario OR GMA, Quebec

**Job Type**: Permanent/Full-Time

**Position Overview**:
Reporting into the Loss Prevention Manager, this position is responsible for proactively identifying and investigating fraud related activities across all retail store operations. This will be accomplished through case file creation and collaboration with LP team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aid in the development, design and maintenance of Loss Prevention Reporting
- Document investigation results of actions taken to support fraud trending and reporting
- Recommend new report used for fraud detection, prevention and reporting activities
- Conducting invoice audits
- Delivering coach backs to the field, based on results from exception based reporting
- Investigate missing cash tills and deposits
- Assisting in maintaining Investigation Log with accurate and timely documentation.
- Responsible for Physical kiosk security elements and vendor relationships
- e. CCTV Cameras, Locks and keys, inventory handling
- Ensure that the Stores comply with all applicable provincial and federal loss prevention regulations
- Manage all store employee alarm and key requests
- Demonstrate proficiency of applicable systems, tools, policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring confidentiality
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
- Support operations and sales teams with inventory shrink, or store related inquires
- Communication and collaboration with LP Team and other departments
- Stay up-to-date with reporting and organizational changes
- Ability to work under pressure, work concurrently on multiple requests in different stages, paying close attention to detail, meet inflexible deadlines.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of progressive Loss Prevention experience
- Bilingual French and English is mandatory
- Basic understanding of risk and controls in wireless retail required to prevent fraud and shrink
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-orientated multi-tasking environment
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- PC Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including evenings and weekends as dictated by the needs of the business
- Ability to use multiple database platforms including CCTV software, RQ POS System, and Exception Based Reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding timeframes
- Ability to work independently on special projects
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues

Relevant du directeur de la prévention des pertes, le titulaire de ce poste est chargé d'identifier et d'enquêter de façon proactive sur les activités liées à la fraude dans tous les magasins de détail. - Enquêter sur les caisses et les dépôts manquants
- Contribuer à la tenue du journal d'enquête avec une documentation précise et opportune.
