Job Title: Marketing and Operations

Location: Downtown Montreal

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to *drive membership growth and retention*
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Coordinate events and promotions to increase member engagement and satisfaction
- Manage gym operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and inventory management
- Ensure a high level of customer service by providing a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients
- Handle member inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports on membership, revenue, and expenses
- Work closely with other team members to achieve business objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or operations, preferably in the fitness industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing + analytics tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle
- Bilingual (English and French) is required. Any additional language is a bonus.
