**About Binance Accelerator Program**

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise 3 - 6 months programme designed to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Business Growth: Be responsible for growth of Binance Earn total value locked (TVL) and active user growth among other various marketing campaigns.
- Operations Execution: Participate in running and improving daily operations to grow the Earn product offering.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with Product Owners and Marketing teams to design and deliver marketing initiatives across channels to attract crypto traders for passive income opportunities and cross-sell Binance Earn product offering to existing HODLers.
- Requirements:

- Strong Interpersonal Skills (English is a must): be able to build and manage strong relationships with various cross-functional colleagues, and external partners. Inspirational to your team and partners.
- Bias for Execution: You enjoy delivering projects and campaigns in a hyper growth environment and see the direct impact of daily execution.
- Fast Learner: be able to learn and understand crypto space and product offerings fast and integrate the internal resources with Binance.
- User-focused and product-driven mindset.
- Creativity: ability to innovate and think outside the box.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
