**Job Summary**

The Building Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, effective management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The Building Superintendent will utilize construction management software and tools to facilitate project tracking and reporting.

**Duties**
- Supervise construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for project management and documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate work schedules and resolve issues.
- Provide training and support to team members in construction best practices and safety protocols.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6.
- Strong skills in quality control, budgeting, blueprint reading, construction estimating, and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
