**Here’s what you’ll be doing as a BOH Lead**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of menu items, including allergy restrictions, and ensure staff are following the allergy protocol procedure
- Cook and prepare meals at all production stations
- Manage pars and place orders based on sales
- Receive orders
- Assist in training new BOH employees
- Conduct line checks
- Inventory control
- Oversee cleaning checklists
- Ensure production times are maintained
- Open/close the line
- Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed
- Provide feedback on the performance of BOH employees and kitchen equipment
- Ensure clear communication with BOH employees and document any HR related situations
- Ensure all employees are provided a work environment that is safe and free of any harassment

**Requirements**:

- Valid Manitoba Food Handler’s certificate
- Excellent coaching and team-building skills
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
- Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal & written
- Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to be proactive in challenging situations
- Open and flexible availability

Job types: full time, permanent

**Salary**: $16.00 + tips

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.50 per hour
