**About This Opportunity**

The Outside Sales Representatives at The Accurate Group are responsible for identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities as well as supporting and expanding business within a portfolio of existing customers within their designated territory. They are expected to maximize profitable sales opportunities through their understanding of the markets and products the organization sells and forge strong relationships across all contacts within our customers’ organizations. This position specifically covers the Alberta territory, providing an exciting opportunity to drive sales and build strong customer relationships across this diverse and dynamic region.

**Responsibilities**
- Successfully support and service existing customers by addressing their critical needs and in so doing, ensure that sales are maximized to full potential within active accounts.
- Proactively arrange time and territory to achieve optimum face-to-face selling opportunities.
- Independently prospect for new business within the assigned territory
- Execute upon and maintain corporate sales pipeline initiatives and reports.
- Support the Inside Sales Organization by ensuring effective two-way communication of customer demand planning to ensure that inventory, revenue and profit goals are achieved.
- Ensures a high level of customer service and resolves issues promptly.
- Execute channel and target customer programs that leverage corporate marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**

**General Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a self-starter with a strong Hunter/Gatherer sales approach.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales within commercial manufacturing environments.
- 3-5 years of experience in specialized sales depending on the division:
**Accurate Fasteners**: Experience in selling fasteners, bolts, screws, nuts, washers, and specialty items.

**Northern Architectural Products**: Experience in selling weather strips, rollers, hinges, and window/door hardware.

**FCI Molded Products**: Experience in selling furniture caps, glides, levelers, or similar products.

**Absolute Stainless**: Experience in selling stainless-steel fasteners with knowledge of industry standards.

**Proplast North America**: Experience in selling lighting equipment and automotive accessories.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using various computer programs.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.

Pay: From $64,677.00 per year
