We are currently looking for two team-oriented full-time **CNC Operators**to join ourteam on the afternoon shift. The afternoon shift operates on 4 10-hour shifts from 4:00pm - 2:00am, Monday - Thursday. Our afternoon shift includes a paid meal break and a $2.00/hour shift premium.

**What You’ll Do**
- Set up machines (loading programs, selecting tools, adjusting offsets)
- Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings
- Perform first-off inspections and make machine adjustments
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshooting issues
- Perform tool changes and minor maintenance
- Work with Supervisor to optimize runs
- Keep documentation on setups, tooling, and adjustments

**What You Bring**
- 2 - 3 years CNC operating experience in a production environment
- Ability to read drawings and use measuring instruments
- Knowledge of CNC controls, tooling, CAD/CAM basics
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
