**Job Description**:
We are looking for a pro-active person to fill the position of Identity & Access Management Technician.

Do you have in-depth knowledge of information technology and technological environments? We want to meet you

Your responsibilities_:_
- Creation or modification of AD accounts (adding/removing directories etc.).
- Additions, deletions, and modifications of roles.
- Identify operational issues and make recommendations to optimize processes and procedures while ensuring the delivery of quality service to our users.
- Inform the team leader and/or management of difficulties in the delivery of the service and propose actions/solutions to optimize the delivery of the service.
- Keep abreast of technological developments and changes in order to follow the evolution of systems, equipment, and software to develop their skills and knowledge therefore increasing their professional autonomy.
- Document interventions in the ticketing system indicating all communications with users (verbal and written).
- Ensure compliance with the process and guidelines.
- Work together in collaboration with IT partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Three-year college diploma or relevant experience related to the sector of activity.
- In-depth knowledge of information technology and technological environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Ability to prioritize and manage emergencies as needed.
- Ability to follow up and question work methods.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Client-oriented work approach.
- Initiative, autonomy, judgment and interpersonal relations.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English.
