We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Behaviour Interventionist (BI) to join our team This position involves supporting a playful and energetic 4-year-old boy on the autism spectrum in a daycare setting by implementing individualized behaviour intervention programs.

**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Richmond, BC
- **Schedule**: Three morning sessions per week (9:30 am-12:30 pm or 10:00 am-1:00 pm; flexible on days)
- **Start Date**: As soon as possible
- **Training and Supervision**: Comprehensive training and ongoing supervision will be provided by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
- **Rate**: $25-30 per hour based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement individualized behaviour programs focused on language development, cognitive skills, following instructions and schedules, and social skills
- Actively engage in play-based learning activities
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Participate in scheduled team meetings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English
- Experience working with young children, particularly those with autism
- Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles is preferred
- Educational background or current studies in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or Speech-Language Pathology are considered strong assets
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and creative approach to working with children
