**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitates the recruitment process by creating posts, checking references and hiring.
- Assists in maintaining accurate employee data records and provides direction to employees on the administration of the company benefits plan.
- Researches and compiles human resources statistics and provides recommendations.
- Responds to employee and management inquiries.
- Supports the implementation of Human Resource programs and initiatives in performance management, rewards and recognition, occupational health and safety, career planning and development.
- Retains a thorough and updated knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations for casino operations.

**What You Bring**
- One year of Human Resources experience or comparable combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of human resources theories, practices and legislation.
- Solid writing skills, efficient multitasker and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional people skills and refined understanding of labour laws and standards.
- Readily answer team member requests, questions and concerns.
- A solution-driven personality who thrives while helping staff meet their goals.
- Insight and skills related to talent acquisition.
- Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
