Receptionist
Essential Job Functions
- Receive and allocate incoming mail and redirect calls and inquiries to appropriate employees
- Organize meeting logistics to ensure all necessary materials and equipment have been prearranged
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department as required
- Photocopy and distribute documents. Maintain phone lists and filing system
- Coordinate office allocation, equipment and supplies
- Respond to public inquires with a high level of professionalism
- Enter data into inventory software as required
- Assisting with recruitment in the branch
- Support employees allocated to the Grande Prairie Branch
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Administrative experience is an asset
- Proven maturity to effectively handle and prioritize competing demands with short deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High regard for accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient use in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Ongoing interest in training and personal development
