Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and supporting the daily operations of the office. You will be the face of our client's company, greeting clients and visitors with a warm and friendly welcome. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive and professional image of our client's company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Manage phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Manage the company's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and schedule company meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
- Update and maintain client records and files
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ensure the office is always presentable for clients and visitors
- Be an ambassador for the company and uphold its values and reputation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and high-volume workload
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Team player with a positive attitude
