The Security Systems Assistant is responsible for maintaining the badging program for all staff, physicians, volunteers and approved contractors. They will also be responsible for ensuring staff parking access liaising with several parking vendors and HR/Administrative departments. There is a requirement to ensure alignment through 4 separate access control systems and 3 separate parking systems. The role will be required to complete audits and run reports to ensure the integrity of the program, and conducting confidential Public Safety investigations as required.
**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 or equivalent. Post-Secondary preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 year/s of relevant experience in security systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office required
- Administration proficiency with CCure9000 and Avigilon Access control preferred
- Applicable understanding Genetec and Avigilon video management preferred
- Attention to detail with data entry and report preparation
- Ensuring completion of tasks through coordination of several vendors
- To provide ID and access to designated areas or departments based on title and department
- To escalate and liaise with other managers and stakeholders
- Arranging cross-site delivery and coordination
- Ordering required badging supplies through our preferred vendor account
- Customer service and assistance

**Additional Information**

This is a Fully Onsite role: Roles involved in direct patient care that are needed onsite for each shift

Annual Salary:
Minimum: $ 53,196.00
Maximum: $ 66,495.00
