SAP S/4HANA Program Manager

Montreal, Canada
- Minimum of 15 years leading ERP transformation programs with ability to work in the location where he/she is hired without current or future visa sponsorship
- Experience leading large global S/4HANA business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
- Experience leading sales opportunities
- Previous hands on experience leading a specific functional stream
- Deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives.
- **Must have Aerospace and Defense (A&D) experience**
- Must have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA - 4 years of SAP S/4HANA, with deep knowledge of one of the business processes
- Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4HANA
- Ability to lead a global transformation program with onshore and offshore team members
- Ability to develop detailed program plan, develop and monitor risk/issues, present status to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management team
- Ability to lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes.
- Understanding of internal and program financials and processes
- Provide accurate estimates, timeline and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client.
- Deep understanding of industry specific KPI’s and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
- Prior working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA
- Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members
- Knowledge of the new SAP Model Company a definite plus
- Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership
- Bachelor degree or equivalent required
- **Excellent communication skills: Bilingual English/French preferred.**Salary**: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montreal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
