We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Emerging Brands Marketing Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and digital site execution, supporting our emerging brands portfolio with campaign coordination and site management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand stories show up consistently across channels, while owning the day-to-day execution of site updates and product launches.

With a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, you’re just as comfortable managing timelines as you are spotting opportunities to improve the customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or digital project management
- Strong project management skills with an exceptional eye for detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing integrated timelines
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar)
- Familiarity with retention tools (e.g., Klaviyo)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A collaborative, can-do attitude
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with Brand, Creative, and Channel teams to support the development and execution of 360° campaigns
- Build and manage integrated timelines across teams, ensuring milestones and approvals stay on track
- Manage campaign briefs, asset trackers, and creative approvals
- Support seasonal marketing plans, including asset trafficking, messaging alignment, and post-launch reporting
- Own the site update calendar for emerging brands, including product launches, promotions, and content refreshes
- Coordinate with E-Commerce, Creative, and Development teams to ensure seamless site execution
- QA site content and product information to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards
- Lead go-live readiness for product and campaign moments
- Monitor site performance and identify opportunities for improvement
