**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
- This role includes driving with the client and requires staff to have a G Level Driver's License and a personal car.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client activities and progress.
- Basic daily housekeeping duties; including cooking and cleaning.
- Reading and editing documentation.
- Providing support to other staff during high-crisis situations.
- Occasional on-call shifts.

**Skills**
- Experience working with children and/or persons with disabilities is highly desirable.
- The ability to build trusting relationships with children and youth.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team while also being able to work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and environments.
- The ability to implement a child's programming to help the child achieve their clinical goals
- The ability to set limits and expectations while maintaining therapeutic rapport

**Requirements**:

- G Driver's License
- Police Record Check with Vulnerable sector
- Child Welfare Check
- Medical Examination
- First Aid/CPR Level C
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
- Vehicle Insurance
- Drivers Abstract - 3y
- Degree(s)/Diploma(s)/Certifications in a related field

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
