**Marketing Assistant - Entry-Level Position**

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Promotional material coordination, including assembly, inventory monitoring, and fulfilment.
- Administrative support such as report generation and on-line market research.
- Assistance during corporate events.
- Other marketing or customer service-related tasks as needs arise.
- Potential opportunities to contribute to marketing projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Verbally bilingual, English and French; good written English.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent attention to detail and good organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Understanding of project management tools, preferably Asana.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Enthusiasm for creative tasks and contributing to team projects.
- Position requires regular physical activity, bending, handling/lifting (5-10kg), and climbing stairs.

**Work Schedule**
- Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (at the office)
