**The Opportunity**

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee multiple McDonald’s restaurants in the Saskatoon, SK area, leading a team of Restaurant Leaders to ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and business growth. Your leadership will directly impact the success of our restaurants by driving performance, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.

**What you’ll do**

- **Inspiring and leading teams** - Coaching and developing Restaurant Leaders and their teams to create a culture of pride, accountability, and excellence.
- **Operational excellence** - Ensuring each restaurant meets McDonald’s high standards in guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- **Driving business results** - Analyzing performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase sales, profitability, and efficiency.
- **Building and supporting teams** - Recruiting, training, and retaining top talent while fostering an environment where employees can thrive.
- **Engaging with the community** - Representing McDonald’s values by participating in local initiatives and community events.

**Your vibe and experience**

while previous experience in food service or retail management is helpful, what matters most is who you are.
- **Minimum 2 years experience in a multi-unit management role**, preferably in the quick-service restaurant or retail industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
