Workplace Arrangements:
This role will follow an onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work on-site from our Johnstown, Ontario, Distribution Centre, and the schedule for this role is Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00am-8:00pm.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Executes approved LP programs/approaches with the goal of keeping the staff safe and to limit financial exposure.- Assists in the overseeing of the daily activities of the GTW Loss Prevention Office, and GTW gatehouse.- Support and direct a 24/7 team as required in the event of an incident or emergency within a GTW facility.- Assists in supervising all daily logs and validating accuracy of information presented by associated across all control points.- Maintains required service levels and expenses. Identifies LP gaps for the assigned area and implements approved/ROI supported changes.- Completes assigned cases and outputs. Implements approved changes to protocols based on instructions, exposure, learnings or shift in trends.- Produces consistent results by identifying areas of opportunity and completes accurate post-mortems that include Best Practices/suggestions.

What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma.- Ability to write and speak clearly in English.- A minimum of one year experience in an LP leadership role.- College certificate in related field (health care, health and safety, legal studies, or emergency management).- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)- Experience with CCTV systems- Strong communication and prioritization skills

Assets You May Have:
- Experience using JDA- Warehousing or distribution centre experience- Valid Security Guard’s Licence
