Patrick Mechanical Ltd. is a Sudbury based mechanical contracting company founded in 1989. Over the years, we have established ourselves in the industrial, commercial, and institutional contracting fields. Our specialties include mechanical contracting, custom steel fabrication, plumbing, heating, process piping, millwright, and related services. Patrick Mechanical is a growing and innovative mechanical company with an extensive fleet of skilled workers allowing us to offer services all over Northern Ontario. Join our dynamic team in a full-time, permanent **Account Manager **position.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
**Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to help our company scale.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that are beneficial for both our clients and our companies.
**Collaboration & Problem-Solving**:
- Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to deliver customized solutions that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.
- Provide thoughtful recommendations based on situational analysis and collaborate on solutions that include timelines and resources.
**Reporting & Analysis**:
- Keep track of account performance and share insights with the team to drive strategic decisions.
- Prepare and share weekly activity reports, including your scheduled site visits and key account metrics.
**Project Management & Support**:
- Represent the company in project meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
- Assist in the estimating process and support smaller projects by directing estimating efforts and interacting with key leadership.
**Compliance & Security**:
- Ensure all client conversations and business details are kept confidential.
- Follow the company’s Quality Management System and safety protocols to maintain high standards across all activities.
**Other duties as required.**
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- **Experience**:
- 3-5 years in account management, sales, or a related field, with a strong record of success.
- **Must be located in or willing to relocate to Sudbury, Ontario.**
**Education**:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
**Industry Knowledge**:
- Experience in our sectors (mechanical, HVAC, construction, metal fabrication) is a plus, but a passion for client success is key.

**Work Conditions**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
